Why in the world would you want this to happen?
I' ve been priming for season for the last month or so, making sure everything is in check when I realized that my rest, a NAP QT4000 is quite noisy. It may have always been, but I really am starting to notice it. I checked it, and its not hiting the riser, but the actual internal stop is making the loud clank. I contacted NAP, and got a response right away from them. He informed me that the clank is the internal pin that stops the rest. He said that I actually want the prongs to hit the riser where the rubber arrow holder is! I just can' t understand this concept. I had it like that when I first got and was tinkering with it and got the same clank, just not quite as loud.
I' m not bashing NAP, but I dont quite get this.
Any thoughts?
