I agree with Rack... you' re wearing out the spot you hunt. If you hunt as often as you say you need about a dozen places. Hunt one and move on. Hunt the one with the best sign and with a favorable wind. If it isn' t right... go somewhere else. You may hear a lot of shooting but it doesn' t mean squat. The NICE BUCKS especially get real smart about feeders and human intervention in a hurry... usually before you' ve seen them. You have to change your ways or stay out of the stand for at least 3 or 4 days between visits. Your best chance is the FIRST time in... after that your odds go down down down. The deer don' t all go to the feeder. It doesn' t provide them with all they need. They' re out there, but you just aren' t hunting smart. Until you learn to move around a lot and often you' re destined to have some disappointing years. Hunting a LOT does nothing to guarantee success. A couple well planned hunts is far better than 50 in the same tree.
