MacPa, you mean the world is NOT flat? [&:] you gave some good advice in your reply, they should always check the map datum information on any program they are using and set their gps accordingly. i am sure there are people out there that have read these messages and are using the topo maps that have nad 27 map datum on them and still have their gps set for wgs 84. i keep posting information on updates to garmin programs on here, not so much for the update, but to keep this information available for others to read., hunting season is coming, i am sure a lot more of us will be purchasing gps' s this year and some will need help with them.
