I would shoot on a day with little to no wind to verify that wind is not a factor. Distance will emphasize shooter error. Assuming that you are not pulling your shots, if your gun is still shooting to the right at 200, guess what, your gun is shooting to the right. Adjust the scope.
I'm not a guy that worries about compensating for anything when shooting at deer. I never take shots longer than 125 yards or so. Just aim on the shoulder, dead center top to bottom, and squeeze.
