Nope. I would but there isn't a processor around here that does hogs and there isn't a high demand for wild hog meat. We have a couple of fellas that are authorized to shoot deer at night over on the Air Station. It helps to prevent deer-aircraft collisions by reducing their numbers. They take all the deer they kill to the processor and she donates it to homeless shelters. But she won't accept hogs. Hell, she won't even mount a hog.
I just give the meat to friends or take it to work and have a BBQ. We try to BBQ evey week. I always keep the tenderloins for myself though...
