No hangfires at all with RS and covering the hole over with tape.
I've found that with breech plugs that have a .035 or smaller flash hole, that the covered teflon tuns into "seaweed" after the first shot. Little streamers of teflon are created, and some will be forced back into the flash hole as Blowback takes place.

Not a big problem for most powder subs, BUT if you are using BH209, it can and DOES cause mis/hang fires. For BH user's with .035 or smaller flash holes, I reccomend only tapeing the plug a couple threds down from the face, so there will be no chance of getting tape blow-back in the flash hole
