I think I might be doing mine a little different than most. I use two guns that have speed breaches when I experimented with using Teflon tape with a speed breach I leaned that the best way for me to get the best results was to start up on the shoulder be hind the rings and wrap on layer edge to edge back to the end on the threads, then I put a very light spray of synthetic oil on it I can put it in and out with finger and it works just fine.
