It seems to me that those adjustments might bring the broadheads onto target, but wouldn't the practice tips then be high and right?
The way I understand it, when everything is in tune both heads will shoot to the same place. When a bow is out of tune, broadheads will react more because the larger surface area of the head will react more with the air in flight.
