I'd lean in the direction of the 110 grain Accubond, unless the accuracy is poor (>2" at 100 yards from a stable benchrest).
When I bought my 257 Wby, I did so because I handload. My rifle has not, and likely never will fire a factory load. The loads my gun shoots great is a 100 grain Barnes Tipped TSX, 71.0 grains IMR 7828 with a Federal Gold Medal Match LRM primer. The cases are necked down 270 Wby cases. Average accuracy is right at 1/2 MOA. Don't know for sure the velocity (chrony's still broken), but with the 26" bbl it should be in the ballpark of 3550 fps. It's should be a 350 yard+ deer killing machine. I can't wait to hunt with it.
