I am going to really look into it tonight I am not 100% sure of what is happening but I " suspect it is the play in the arm. It only has a " little" bit of play - so an even heavier arrow may not make a diff. as it can only go down so far.

It may just need a nut tightened - I have not taken it apart.

I should e-mail TR.
