Hey Justin, didnt mean to step on your toes, Jenna had done the avatar for one of my other teams, so I sent her a PM, and asked her if she would come up with something for us. I did this before I saw your avatar that you came up with. If you have any other ideas, throw them out there, and idf there are more, aybe we can do the vote thing again.
