i for one, will not be a member of ibo next year. i will shoot the asa tourneys for my big tournaments that i go to. this incident is not the only one i base my personal decision on, there seems to be alot of issues. this is unfortunate and also very expensive for those that did not get to shoot, seems like every effort was not made to get the targets in. easton69
