It was some tough bowfishing. I was launching arrows sideways before I finally got some pliers and moved my rest back where it should be. (Deb actually moved it, I keep her around for such emergencies.

)
That helped my shooting but didn't help with the lack of fish.
Deb started taking it out on the bullfrogs. Her first frog. It was a long shot too. Mmm.. frog legs.
When Deb hit that bullfrog, it spit out a little frog (which hopped off). That was interesting.
At about 1:30am we started finding more fish. Hardly any buffalo tho'. And we couldn't get the ones we hit into the boat.
We ended up with 28 fish. Mostly small gar.
