He was using your logic in making a point. The ones of you that say you would take the shot would only take it because you wouldn't be caught. If a game owner or a landowner were present, you would refrain from shooting. Remember as someone said before, True ethics are what you would do if no one is whatching you. Would you still do the right thing. Obviously, some of you wouldn't. It's kind of sad that you guys were raised that way. Too bad. That's why landowners tend to only let their best of friends use their property. Poachers are a huge problem.

No One!Poaching is poaching, this is right and I agree. This particular scenario however, is not the kind of situation that would lead to a landowner not letting anyone hunt. I believe it would be the cutting of fences, 4 wheeler damage, dead deer carcasses left here and there, and basically property damage that he/she could physically see and have to repair that would lead to this.After all, if the land owner didn't know you were there, he/she wouldn't have anything to complain about. You WOULD still be breaking the law, I agree.
