But, if archers or muzzle loader hunters still have a buck tag and desire to take a legal antlered deer, should they have the opportunity, they would need the special archery and/or muzzle loader permit (what used to be a stamp and is now a special addition to their license) and be restricted to a legal flintlock or bow and arrows (including the crossbow) as defined in the digest
So are you saying an archer using a bow or x-bow in the extended season in 2b, 5C and 5D doesn't need an antlerless permit as long as he or she only harvests antlerless deer?
