I agree, the BSA wouldn't have been a first choice or even a second for that matter, but the gun is like new with a bull barrel, in a good long range ground hog caliber, and the clarification, magnification, fit and finish on the target scope all look real good, so if it holds up, I'll leave it on there. For $400, it seems like a pretty good deal. My .30 calibers will be scoped with a Bushnell, Leupold, Burris, Sightron or Vortex or one of the others we've been talking about, thanks to the help Iv'e gotten from you and the others. Charlie is telling me that this rifle with this scope is a phenominal tack driver so we'll see. I guess I'll let the groundhogs be the judge------
