Either too much cannelure or you need to FL size the neck again and try again.

Easy way to tell is to back your seater up, (no crimp) and seat a bullet. If it spins, then you are putting way too much crimp on.

I suggest no crimp ever for rifle cartridges. Only pistol for me.
