Default Cannelured bullet crimp
Last night i tried to practice loading a bullet on an unprimed, no poweder case.
I have a 7mm Rem Mag using a Cannelurred bullet, When the case neck gets to the cannelure and i pull the cartridge out of the press i can spin the bullet. I can't pull it out of the case with my fingers but it spins

Normal?
Problem?

How do i fix that?
