you can go on the IDNR websit and check to see if your receiving a permit. They usually mail out like 3 weeks after your drawn. But if you send in for the first two lotteries you will more than likely get a permit.
I've checked online, we (my sons and I) were all drawn in the first drawing. Our mailman lives close by, I asked him and he said no one on his route has received their tags yet.
