RE: 24 strand Dyna ' 97--Carumba!
Actually it' s for a special order recurve (very special order--don' t know if Marc will attempt another one or not)--a 64" King' s Pawn that will finish out at around 165@28 (yes, that is one-hundred, sixty-five pounds at twenty-eight inches!). With an approximate breaking strength of 125 lbs. per strand, this one should be good to go.
Broker, that flatbow of mine is only 98@28--a real wimp compared to this one! (I think I put an 18 strand dacron on it). The fellow who ordered this one is hoping to eventually set a new record. If nothing else, he can use this string for a tow rope!
