Listen to Howler - He is telling you the real deal.
Inexpensive gun and scope that can shoot 4" groups at 1,000 yards is not very probable even in a snipers hands.
How about working your way up to it......................First.
BTW - A 7MM is one of the 1,000 yard cartridges you were asking about.
