Lots of reasons. as I stated, why homeowners replant shrubs. For you to suggest that they do it solely to feed the deer is { add any adjective/adverb }. If that were the case, the home owner would simply cut some of the incredible habitat down your way and feed it to them. Or, go to the local stock yard and get the material that you put out on the buffet here.
P.S. Love crow mixed with BB mince meat.
Needs lots of salt, though.
