Hey MH or HBTV

In one of those episodes it shows you guys setting up some stands and the steps used looked like a screw is put in with a small ratchet then the step slides over the end of the screw in a slotted hole. What steps are those? I am currently looking for a new system (either strap on steps or something similiar) and those looked pretty useful. I imagine you can get some extra screws and leave the screws in place and just pack in your steps.

That would be ideal for me as I am currently trying to find ways to deter stand thieves, locks are great but if I can make it so they would need a ladder that would probably help too.
