Dude, WTF are you hunting 35 feet off the ground for? My god, that's just too high for a bow and arrow IMO. Unless you like spine shooting deer?
I only hunt 18-22 typically, with a cameraman, and it works great. 4 Muddy sticks will get your stand to 20 feet if you space them out a little. Carrying 8 sticks through the woods is just crazy IMO - but that's just me.
With that much of an angle, your making a smaller and smaller target to aim at! Eye level is where it's at!
