If you don't come up with any outfitter you like consider state parks. They offer "free" hunting with some resrictions. It also offers some of the best Whitetails the state has to offer. Just a thought.

A few to consider would be Shawnee Forest (southern IL), Starved Rock State Park (Northern IL), Deer Park (right next to Starved Rock)
