Yes, there were a lot of result posts, but none were false. Everyone I know who showed "sucessful" on Tuesday ended up with their permits, including myself. You just have to know where to look.
Hopefully I'll have that figured out by next year and hopefully I wont just be disappointed a couple days earlier
