Use natural features, such as drainage ditches and creeks to disquise you and your scent on the way in.
As a side note, be careful that the way in that you are using aren' t being used by the deer. I hunt one farm and used to ' sneak' in via a ravine w/ a small creekbed in the bottom until I saw tracks all over it and realized the deer came up the ravine for 100 yds. or so. Needless to say, I don' t sneak in that way anymore.
