ive had the same 4d mag lite for years, ive used it to bust ice out of the dogs water bowls and all kinds crap. It looks like crap the paint is scratched off and has been sumberged in water many times and still has the same light buld. So when time came to buy a light to get to the stand and back it was no suprise i chose a mini mag. It dont get punished like mag light so it shouldnt fail me. These mag lights are tough and can take a beaten.
