I shoot a checkmate recurve and lb both around 55lbs @ 32" draw. I use RRA POC tapered arrows with 3-5/12" high profile shield cut helical feathers. My arrows are around 32" BOP and are 55-60's. I use a 125grn field point and 125 grain Steelforce Glue-on BHD. This may sound a bit weak of an arrow but i have the ability to be able to get to bare shaft alot of different spines of shafts with BHD's on them. This combination works best for me. When it comes to wood shafts its Rogue River Archery for this me all the way!.......Jaw
