There' s never a need to rush and if I can see these hi-tech fiber optic pins it' s too dark to be shooting anyway. IF you' re saying it doesn' t turn right, go with a string loop. Maybe you don' t have it drilled out enough. You should beable to see your whole sight bracket through the thing so you can center the ring and all pins at once.
