I would find out where the deer are bedding , and setup between there and where the oaks are, closer to the field / houses. Look into it tho on what ur safety zones are. But the new houses shouldnt bother the deer if there is a nic set of wooods behind it. And as for approachin the stand , i would just be stelthy and sneak in from the SW , make sure that u are as fast as possible tho , but also as quiet as possible on getting to the stand. And if anyone sees you , YOUR wearing camo so jsut dive into a bush and they will never see you. That is the only help i can give u on the gettin to the stand part.i wouldnt do it tho unless its necessary. but u have no other alternative.
