Default RE: balistic tip = hollow point

ORIGINAL: Ridge Runner

not really, todays nosler BT's come in 2 different configurations. if they are packaged 100 or 250 per box they are a thin jacketed HP with a polymer tip. if they are packaged 50 per box they are designed for med. thin skinned game, as a matter of fact they are the exact same bullet as the nosler solid base boattail with a polymer tip instead of lead.

Ya I know nosler comes in two different configurations, one for varmints and one for medium game, I dont think packaging has anything to do with it though, the smaller calibers are generally for varmints and the bigger for deer. Orange tip= varmints and green tip = deer.
I dont see how the nosler solid is the same, the solid is just that, solid= no lead at all.
