Nope. Medium is not universal across the board. Some are lower and some are higher. The best thing to do would be to try them out if you can. When I was looking for base/rings for my Endeavor, I took it to Bass Pro with me. I checked it in at the front desk and took it down stairs to the gun counter. They let mefit some different mounts and see how they felt with my scope. That would be the best way. Otherwise you can just go off what other people say they like.
