well guys i just got from cabelas and i looked at a savage with a accu stock accu trigger and a reminton 700 spss. i came home with the remington. sorry savage guys but there guns look horrible. they might shoot but i want a gun that when i look at it i cam smile.oh and as far as accurate i just sighted it in and at 100 yards. i shot a 5 shot group and there is no paper touchinh between the holes. thats factory winchester power points too. oh and my cousins savage it's in the shop gettin a some new part put in the bolt for the 2nd time. also when i went to cabelas i said i would only buy a savage or a ruger and after holdin them i changed my mind very fast. the ruger barrel on the new hakeye is so thin is horrible. and the savage felt bad and looked worse. say what you want but the remington that i have shoots great
