Not according to R.S.B,,,as he stated above,,,the farmers can shoot every deer that hits the fields if they want to,,,,but then from ongoing reading of the same statement,,,he points out that the "PGC" handed out red tags,,,and for what reason you may ask??,,,im just guessing that the farmers didnt have the time or gunpower to shoot the f'n deer so they allowed "Hunters" to take on the task,,,i really dont know what the hell he's trying to say here or the point he's trying to make,,,whatever it is it aint impressing me anymore than the current deer #'s on my property are impressing me. This is one of the prime examples for people being pi$$ed off,, This R.S.B dude comes on here as an authoritative figure then babbles,,,,i mean BABBLES on and on about the 50's and hunters suck and the this and the that,,,,holy mother of pearl am i ever wound up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
