Stag fire steel with a polished scaled grip finish.

Black g-10 fire steels with a scaled grip pattern. These are a little smaller and utilize a 1/4" x 3" steel. The last one has a smooth finish.

Ghost Green G-10 fire steel with a scaled grip pattern. This one has a 3/8" x 3" steel. I can also add a tritium vial to these so they glow in the dark. the tritium will stay lit for about 10 years. The last two pictures shows what a piece with the tritium installed looks like in the dark.

Here is a short video showing how these fire steels work. These don't just spark, they produce blobs of molten metal capable of igniting any type of tinder. There's no need for a separate magnesium stick to get a fire going. These even work when wet. Towards the end of the video you can see me scraping the rod form a standing position and the molten metal stays lit all the way to the floor and still bounces around the floor.
