The Southern Traditional Archery Association is holding their annual "Catch-a-Dream" charity tournament at the Percimmon Hill campground at Enid Lake June 27th and 28th.
Every dollar raised will go to the Catch-a-Dream Foundation. If you aren't familiar with CAD, this is the group that picked up where "Make a Wish" dropped the ball due to pollitically correct pressure. CAD will take a terminally ill child on the hunting or fishing trip of a lifetime, all expenses paid, including the mount.
We are raffling off a custom Black Widow bow, and a custom Black Creek bow. Donations can be made through the STA or directly to CAD (
www.catchadream.org).
30 targets, $10 per class (one scoring round) for STA members, $15 for non-members, or $25 for a family (one class per family member).
Excellent camping, or lots of motels in Batesville (a few miles away)--Hampton Inn, AmeriHost Inn, Comfort Inn, or Ramada Inn, to name a few.
