The timing dots would be corrected by twisting/untwisting cables not with your limb bolts. They should be dead even if the cams are set correctly.
That is not the case- They should be synched at full draw- due to varying differences in limb deflection- they may show sligthly off at brace height and that is OK- what matters is full draw.
