Is there some sort of formula to determine deer harvestthat factors in thenumber of deer, number of hunters, and number of days that can be hunted. I can see both sides of the Georgia versus PA arguments. PA has more hunters but on the other hand, the length of season in Georgia may or may not result in greater number of "man hours" spent in the woods that would correlate to higher harvests. I dunno, it just seems to me that folks on both sides of the argument seem to have their pet formulas forsupporting their positions. Have there been some standard measures developed to rank states nationwide?
