I tried EVERYTHING today..... and had another person looking at it... after five hours, and every shaft / point weight combo, and some obvious issues with the bow (it was obvious) ..... I fixed it !!! I got an Alpha Max 32 !

I had the Alpha Max shooting perfect in 30 minutes... it shoots so well I was shocked and I am a VERY happy Hoyt shooter now
