yesterday my case was dismissed. thank god!!! it was intense. i dont like the idea of other ppl making decisions about my life. i was defanitly depositing stinkys in my pants in the court room. the DA made an offer of 120 days in the slammer w/ two years probation (in which case i couldnt have any guns or alcohol during that time) and a 48 week anger managment class which is all B.S. anyways. my lawyer said no deal and kept workin on them. finally they threw it out. which it should have been thrown out months ago. i get all my guns back now which is good. i know one thing, i aint ever bustin anyones face ever again! that stuff is serious! anywyas, its over thouyght ide lat ya all know
