Thanks Cayugad. It was pretty warm and I was shooting fairly steadily, so by the time I was shooting the third target the barrel was pretty warm. I don't know if that had any impact though. I've noticed that saboted bullets seem to be much more sensitive to barrel temperature than patched balls.
