IOWA NR. License and pts.
Does anybody here have any idea what the Iowa DNR is thinking. I just called to get my second preference pt. and apparently in the last two days the raised the price to 50 dollars and sum change. What are they thinking, do they just not want any non resident revenue in there state or what?
