Go to DOW website, act like you are applying for a habitat stamp. When you get to your info page, hit "apply for habitat stamp" When the next page loads, page down to applications on file.

It will have 3 number code starting with a 4 that signifies that you applied for an elk tag.

If you also have a 3 number code starting with a 5, you drew a tag. Doesn't tell you if it is your first or second choice though
