If you want to do a cheaper hunt, check out www.spikesnspurs.com his Bow hunts are $1000 for a pre rut or $1250 for rut. Tags are over the counter, right now they are $150 (price is going up a little on july 1st though). For $150 you get a buck, a doe, and 2 turkeys. He does have a few rifle/muzzleloader huntsleftbut you'd have to contact him for details He's located in NE Missouri, only about 30 minutes from Illinois.
