RE: Traditions Pursuit XLT
I must say I'm the odd man out. All my deer guns are Traditions (3 Lightning Bolts) and I've never had issues with them. They are excellent shooters and I've never tinkerd with the triggers, etc. as they are all non adjustable. Mine love the 250 grain Shockwaves with 100 grains of Pyrodex pellets (2) 50 grainers. I have a Busnell Banner Scope 3X9 with a 40mm lens that can really help in low light in the morning and evening. I can punch a 2" group at 100 yards all day. Good guns if you take care of them and do your part. Heck with Knight going out of business that would be my other choice,I just cannot afford them fancy TCs all the shows shoot. You can buy several Traditions, CVAs, you name it to their one gun and have the same results. It does not matter the name on the gun, if you put down gamecontinuously so be it.I know a fellow that has to buy all TC and Matthews products when they come out and his kids have the minimal nessecities. Don't be one of those morons. That gun is a shooter I guarantee. Did he get it from an auction or is it brand new? Either way clean it up properly and test rounds is all you can do to see what she likes.I would jump on that deal as well.
