A friend of mine is looking for bowhunters for a 115 acre lease in Ross County, Ohio, near Bainbridge. The cost of the lease is $2000. He only uses the property one week a year (shotgun season). That would be the only time the lease would be unavailable the entire hunting season.

The lease is a mixture of hardwoods and agricultural fields of corn and soybean. He would rather have a single group pick up the entire lease, although he would be willing to take 4 individuals at $500 a piece if no one is interested in the lease as a whole.
