JAVA, I almost forgot to mention it. For those of you worried about being able to draw a tag, last year Kansas changed the regs regarding landowner tags; as a nonresident you will likely draw a trag if you apply. Last season in unit 11 there were left over tags that were sold over the counter after the initial draw, that means that everyone that applyed in unit 11 was drawn.
