I had a problem w/ peep alignment when I had a sub par string on my bow... If you have a pretty good string you should not have that big of a problem if you bow tech ties your loop in right....
A good loop is important, learn how to tie your own and it'll be done right. Follow this tutorial from greg/mo, it's really helpful. It's a sticky on the technical forum. And make sure that you get good loop material like theBCY from redhdcharm, don't ever use the stuff from places like Walmart.
