[ol][*]Rabbit - Bunnies can be cooked up SO many ways, and lots of recipes are from Europe (especially France and Spain), where they know a thing or two about making food taste good. You haven't lived until you've had a good French braised rabbit or Paella in Valencia made from rabbit and snails. [/ol]
Seattle, Do you have any good recipes? Ive always been able to harvest lots of bunnies but have never found a really good recipe. If I can find a good way to cook them, look out rabbits this fall!
